The Range is a residential, infill development site on the former Croydon Golf Course, located 28km from Melbourne’s CBD. The 47ha site was granted planning approval for a 640 lot subdivision. The project involved the relocation of a golf club to a new golf course, clubhouse and maintenance premise in Yering (Victoria), the continued optimization of the planning scheme, and management of the sales campaign. The principals of Lyons were responsible for the rezoning and relocation of the golf course and the ultimate redevelopment of the sites.
