Knoxfield, VIC

Acquired as a joint venture between CVC Property Trust and Lyons in 2009 from ING Industrial Trust, Knoxfield is an Industrial 1 zoned, 15ha site located in Melbourne’s South East growth corridor, with prime development land fronting Ferntree Gully Road, Knoxfield. The site was composed of a new industrial facility, an older style warehouse, refrigerated cool store and disused offices. Planning approval was sought to strata title the site and build a 13,200m2 trade supplies center and a 13,000m2 bulky goods center. The planning objective required a detailed knowledge and understanding of both State and Local planning provisions. Lyons was integral to the negotiations to accelerate the planning process.
